Could there, would there, should there be a logout reminder timer that you could set?

I have seen this in several games before and wondered if anyone ever would use them?

Its a have a midterm tomorrow and not want to play past say 4 in the morning? (just being realistic here) set the timer to pop up on the screen at 3:30 and tell you you need to get to bed. Its something in the game that the player can set to remind him/her self of an important time.

yeah I'm all on board for having it optional, I would not want a company deciding when I can and cannot play. Hadn't thought of it as a parental control in the beginning but I can see where that avenue has its merits.
